THE BRANZINO, ALSO KNOWN AS EUROPEAN SEABASS, COMMON SEABASS, LOUP DE MER OR WHITE MULLET IS A POPULAR FISH THAT CAN BE FOUND IN THE COASTAL WATERS OF WEST AND SOUTHERN EUROPE AND NORTH AFRICA. BRANZINO HAS A MILDLY SWEET TASTE WITH A FLAKY STRUCTURE. SUITABLE FOR MANY TYPES OF DISHES, BRANZINO IS FAMOUS TO BE USED IN MEDITERRANEAN DISHES WITH TOUCHES OF TOMATOES, LEMONGRASS OR CHILIS.
